Are there ways that Generative AI tools can streamline this process by automatically generating new content formats, allowing users to deliver information in ways that are more engaging and accessible to different audiences, especially those who prefer auditory learning?
The Process
- Performed Ethnographic Research to discover the needs of freelancers
- Used Google Slides to design a presentation deck
- Surveyed other freelancers with over 10 years experience to confirm the content
- Iterated & revised the deck to align with the sponsors vision for the deck, webinar, and podcast
- Upload the deck and additional sources to NotebookLM

The Solution
Generative AI tools, like NotebookLM, open up new possibilities for creating Multimodal Learning experiences. By transforming a PDF presentation deck into a podcast audio file, I was able to engage different learning preferences, offering both auditory and visual content. This method enhances accessibility and ensures that audiences can absorb the material in a format that works best for them, demonstrating the versatility and effectiveness of AI-driven solutions in instructional design.
